1)Login to your Cloudjiffy Account
2)Go to New Environment and create one Extra Storage environment
3) Create one directory in the container of which you want to take backup
Example- /var/www/webroot/backup
4)Mount the newly created storage in this directory.
5)Now create zip OR .tar file of the document root
6)Move this created .zip or .tar file to the created directory.
7)To check this, go to the "/data" directory in your storage container , here you will find the file which was uploaded in "/backup" directory of the application server.
Now backup of your application will be available here and you can restore it as per your requirement.
